Our team of professionals includes linguistic specialists, with over thirty Senior Project Directors.

We have an in-house knowledge of twenty languages including Arabic, Armenian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Dutch, Filipino, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbo-Croatian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, UK English, US English, Vietnamese.

We have regular collaboration with groups of experts in patients reported outcomes such as the EORTC , the EuroQol Group (EQ-5D), and developers to establish official translated versions of the instruments they developed.

The MAPI Institute has been contracted by authors of PRO questionnaires to become the official PRO translation company for well-known questionnaires such as the Neuropathic Pain Scale by Galer and Jensen, Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (adult / pediatric) by Elizabeth Juniper, the BDI-TDI by Donald Mahler, the PedsQLTM by James W. Varni and others thus bringing MAPI Institute with their knowledge and expertise in these respective areas.

The projects developed at Mapi Research Institute, our enduring relationships with academics and our pharmaceutical partners are reflected in our large international network of health outcomes consultants.

At the MAPI Institute we have an experienced team of linguistic specialists who work in collaboration with local teams in the country of interest. Our local teams include an HRQoL expert, professional translators, linguists, and medical staff who work with patients. The Linguistic Validation team brings their knowledge of languages and cultures to our linguistic validation methodology to provide the best quality and efficiency in linguistic validation. After many years of proven experience in multi-national projects in collaboration with more than 300 quality of life consultants, our Linguistic Validation team has developed a unique, well-established expertise in the field.
